TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY FOR PURCHASES OF LEATHER SAMPLES AT WWW.CA-MO.COM

CAMO Leathers A/S' terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all stock orders to the extent that they have not been deviated from by written agreement.

Order receipt
A final agreement on delivery has been entered into when CAMO Leathers A/S has sent a written order confirmation. Once the order confirmation has been printed, an order can only be changed or canceled in accordance with a separate agreement to this effect. CAMO Leathers A/S is entitled to reject an order if satisfactory credit information cannot be obtained about the customer.

Terms of delivery:
All goods are delivered in accordance with the ICC's "Incoterms 2000". Ex Works clause, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Delivery time, delays
If a delay is due to circumstances that can be described as force majeure, the delivery time may be extended for as long as the obstacle persists.
CAMO Leathers A/S is entitled to postpone (or cancel) an order if the customer is in arrears with payment for previous deliveries.

Prices
The prices quoted are subject to changes in customs duties and excise taxes of any kind, as well as sudden currency and
commodity fluctuations. If CAMO Leathers A/S wishes to invoke such changes, the customer must be notified immediately.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of CAMO Leathers A/Suntilpayment has been made in full.

Complaints
The buyer is obliged to check and inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding non-visible damage must be made no later than 8 days after the defect could have been detected at the earliest. Complaints about a partial delivery do not entitle the buyer to cancel the remaining order.
Complaints must be submitted in writing (no later than 8 days after receipt/discovery) and contain a precise description of the defect or deficiency.
CAMO Leathers A/S must approve a complaint before the goods are returned. If the delivery is defective, CAMO Leathers A/S will, at its own discretion, either repair the defect, replace the defective delivery with a similar delivery, or credit the purchase price of the defective delivery.
CAMO Leathers A/S is in no way liable for consequential damages due to defects in the delivered goods, including coverage of costs for delayed deliveries, replacements, wasted time, or other inconveniences.

Quantities and measurements
CAMO Leathers A/S reserves the right to over/under-deliver (+/- 10%) on all stock orders.CAMOLeathers A/S reserves the right to reasonable product tolerances.

Payment, interest calculation
The purchase price is due for payment unless otherwise agreed in writing, net 20 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, interest will automatically be calculated at 1.5% per month or part thereof from the due date. If the purchase price is paid after the claim has been referred to a debt collection agency, the customer must pay all collection costs.

Other liability
Except in cases where damage and liability are covered by mandatory provisions in applicable product liability law, the following provisions apply to CAMO Leathers A/S's liability for damage caused by the delivered goods or services.
CAMO Leathers A/S is not liable for operating losses, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect losses. CAMO Leathers A/S cannot be held liable for the inappropriate use of the product or compliance with the authorities' requirements for the buyer's end product.
To the extent that CAMO Leathers A/S may be held liable for product liability towards third parties, the buyerisobliged to indemnify CAMO Leathers A/S for any claims for compensation that exceed the product liability insurance.

Force majeure
If CAMO Leathers A/S is prevented from fulfilling its delivery obligation or is delayed due to circumstances beyond CAMO Leathers A/S's reasonable control, including fire, war, strike, lockouts, currency restrictions, import or export bans or similar, CAMO Leathers A/S is entitled to suspend its obligations without incurring liability for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the buyer as a result of the suspension.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by the court in Randers in accordance with Danish law.
