Payment
Payment can be made using:
• Dankort
• VISA, VISA ELECTRON, and Mastercard.
No fees are charged for payments made at www.ca-mo.com.
The amount will only be debited from your card when the goods are shipped from ca-mo.com.
No amount greater than the amount you approved at the time of purchase will ever be debited.
You can safely use your debit card at CAMO.
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. This means that no one else can see or store your information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods leave CAMO.
Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner excluding VAT. Prices are current prices. All prices are valid only on the day of booking.
Shipping method.
You will receive a confirmation email when your purchase is complete.
All orders are shipped with Danske Fragtmænd.
Shipping costs for delivery in Denmark are DKK 60.
Delivery time
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Right of withdrawal
When you shop at CAMO, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the item or take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement covering several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually.
CAMO will refund the full amount, including shipping costs, but you must pay your own shipping costs when returning the item.
Before returning the item, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be given by emailto info@ca-mo.com, by telephone on 8648 4700, or by using the standard cancellation form. In your notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to accept delivery of the goods without also giving us clear notice of this.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.
The goods must be returned in their original, unbroken packaging.

You should send the item securely packaged – preferably together with a copy of the invoice. It is a good idea to use a shipping method that allows you to track the item if it goes missing during return shipping.
Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a loss in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance sales to private individuals – they do not apply to goods sold to businesses.
We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.
Complaints
When you shop at www.ca-mo.com, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice. Please indicate the nature of the defect/error. If your complaint is deemed justified, we will send you a new item free of charge. If the item is out of stock, you can choose to receive a different item or a refund.
Remember to include your registration number and bank account number so that we can transfer the amount to you.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs and arrange for the item to be collected. Please let us know a time when collection is convenient. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
